The universal ResMed CPAP mask headgear is designed to work with the Mirage series of nasal masks as well as the Mirage Micro. This headgear connects via Velcro tabs to the mask frame with 2 straps positioned above the ears and 2 straps below the ears evenly distributing the pressure.
